Fall Addiction

It's the first time I found out Fall can be so attractive since I was born in a country where doesn't have instinctive four seasons.

I enjoy this Fall at Atlanta so much, everything is so peaceful and thankful to my eyes!

Happy Holidays :)

I Miss You So Badly

ChiuFen, Taiwan

I miss you so badly.
The first time I got this feeling when I came to the United States.
In Mandarin, we say that is "returning home with perplexed feeling."
I will go back to have a break during this coming winter holidays,
It should be all excited, but somehow anxious.
I learned this idiom when I was very young.
I cannot totally understand it until now.

再見了, 阿法迪斯! Goodbye A-Hair-Deus!

Crowd Lu (盧廣仲) is one of my favorite Taiwanese singers.
He is not only a singer but also a good composer who wrote many popular songs in teenage and young adult generations in Taiwan, even China.

I translated one song of Crowd Lu's latest album which released on 15th July, 2011, called "再見了, 阿法迪斯! Goodbye A-Hair-Deus!"

I really like this song, so I translated it for fun and introduce it to some friends who don't speak Mandarin Chinese.

Actually the song is written by Crowd Lu's memory of his hair. However, it touches me in a different way since it reminds me of many lost stuff...in which include many categories...

Now, listen to it, and write me your feeling about this song below!!!
and
Hope you enjoy it as well   :)

English Version- Goodbye A-Hair-Deus
(Translated by YuChieh Liu)

The horizen is too far to be seem
My hair is too long and it really needs to be cut

The scissor opened their arms
I wanna tell my lover goodbye

My hair is a little bit dark
But it can protect me from ultraviolet rays

Golden or Pink
Green is very pretty as well
But unfortunately, I cannot see you turning that ways in the future

Goodbye A-Hair-Deus goodbye
Pillow and I will be here waiting for you

However, where is my lost friend?
Is he drunk now or turning into the ocean?

Goodbye A-Hair-Deus goodbye
My regret will only have stayed for a week
Finally, it will take my devil smile and soul away
And fly...

A-Hair-Deus goodbye
Bye bye

Chinese Version (Written by Crowd Lu

Goodbye
我會跟枕頭等你回來
你失去的同伴現在 會在喝酒還是變成了海

再見了阿法迪斯 Goodbye
遺憾只會維持一個禮拜
帶走我微笑邪惡的靈魂 飛
阿法迪斯 Goodbye
Bye Bye

I want MORE

I want more, the life I have now doesn't rich me enough at all.

I took a 18 hour flight from Taiwan to the U.S. 11 months ago, I was supposed to do more than just studying.

So I set up the goal for staying at the U.S.

Not only do I have to rich my resume by studying in a new field which I need it for job hunting in the future,
But I also want to create some special experience that no one in the world has the same one.

However, the BIG question is,

"What will be that Unique and Important experience here in the States?"

No one can answer it but myself

that's the reason that I'm going to keep chasing...

 :) Big Smile !!

Something Back to Taipei City

In the early summer, I walked myself from a 24-hour bookstore back to my tiny college dorm in Taipei City.

The road I walked on with 8 lanes, it was wide in this narrow but big city.

It was almost midnight, but the city was still awake by the lights from some shops' window and road lamps.
Also, the city couldn't fall asleep by these passing cars and these  busy cabs.

I breathed the most precious moment after being stirred all day, and thought about I would be back to my tiny dorm room.

I tried to slow my steps to reduce the time I should spend in my dorm with others,
my steps were so light, even forgetting all my assignments and tests behind...

I felt safe in this familiar city,
I felt free to speak everything.

Friends

Friends

I knew where you were
Somewhere between blue sky and golden sand.

I screamed out all my troubles
but they swayed in my mind
until I knew you were nowhere but here.
The distance that I could talk to you through my eyes.

And......now, all these troubles deposited without a sound
because you are my friends.
